Message from him:

Good morning. I hope this message finds you well.

I am a medical student doing a project to prepare a database of all
doctors in district hospitals who are directly involved in the
specialist care of children and babies with heart disease or suspected
to have heart disease. I request your help to complete my project.

I am supervised by Dr Venugopalan, Honorary secretary to PECSIG, and the
information that you provide will be kept confidential.

Please fill in the excel sheet and return to either email address below
as
this would help me. If you have any colleagues doing echoes or
specialist cardiology care in your hospital, please could I have their
names and contact details?

Thanking you in advance.
